Wa ev ten sereesees Novenber 9, 1933. ‘Me kook } MEORANDUL FOR THE DIRECTOR, On the afternoon of the 8th. instant, after going over the Verne O filler metter with Agents Turrou and Andersen, and after ascertaining their itinerary whereby they would leave Washington at 4:05 P. M., arriving at Chicago this morning and proceeding thence to Kensas City and possibly arriving Thursday evening or Friday morning, I called the Oklahoma City office. Agent in Cherge Colvin was reported home with a touch of the flu. I gave a message to the office to the effect that the Director desired Agent in Charge Colvin to meet Agent in Charge Conroy at Kanses City Friday morning, but that, of course, if Mr. Colvin was still 111 and not in shape to go to Kensas City he should not attempt it but he should call me the next day. Having heerd nothing from the Oklahoma City office it is assumed that Agent in Cherge Colvin hes proceeded to Kansas City. CL- 28 OF a CL DES I did not call Kensas City as I understood that you would call Mr. Conroy and advise him of the arrangenents there.
