Copies of this Memorandum were inadvertently omitted in letter of this office of Pebruery 1, 19234, when same was miled to the Divisione Three ccpies of Avent Ferland’s memorandum are herewith trens-~ mitted to the Division and one copy eech is being sent with copies of this letter to the Cklahoma City and Ste Parl Division offices since it appe&.rs that the memorandum may be of value as a basis for general infomation to the Ste Paul @ fice in connection with the Bremer kid- naping case.
