CONSPIR:CY TO DELIVER FEDERAL PRISONER
Reference is made to the letter from the Chicago office
dated March 21, 1934, addressed to the Division, relative to the as-
sassination of one James George{Zeigler, Chicago, PD #96578, whose
fingerprints are presumably on file in the Division's Fingerprint
Unit. It is requested that a comparison of those fingerprints be
made with such of the latent impressions taken fran the residence i
of Vernon ¢. Miller at Kansas City, Missouri, as have not been
elinincted by identification.
It is requested also that the Kansas City office be
furnished with the criinel record of James George Zeigler, which
may appear in the Division's records et Washington, D.C.
