CHARLES E. BROWN, Attorney at Law, a partner
in the law firm of Crabbe, Brown, Jones, Potts, and
Schmidt, which is located in Suite 1400, 42 East Gay
Street, was contacted at his office in an effort
to determine the current or last known whereabouts
of yarious Ohio National Guard personnel, who were
on the campus of Kent State University during the
period May 1, through 4, 1970,
Mr. BROWN explained that he has been retained
by the office of the Attorney General of the State of
Ohio to represent Ohio National Guard personnel and
in this way he has appeared for and corresponded with
some of the Ohic National Guard personnel, but
certainly not all of them. Mr. BROWN consented to
