VICTIMS EXTORTION ~ THREAT TO THE PRESIDENT On 9/26/67, First Assistant Prosecutor, ALBERT SCARDUZIO, Camden ,County, N.J. Prosecutor's Office, Camden, i, N.J., advised the writer that he does not feel that LIVEZLY 16 has violated any criminal law in Camden County, N.J SCARDUZIO. advised that he will review the N.J. State Statute books and } will advise if he can find any violation of local law under i which LIVEZLY could be arrested, On 9/26/67, Assistant Prosecutor SCARDUZIO recontacted SA ALBERT W.. CARROLL and advised that he is willing in any manner to offer assistance to the Federal Government in order to have LIVEZLY committed.
