REVISED 7/11/07 A UTPD guard will be posted in Sid Richardson Hall #3 lobby from 7:00 a.m. until the public viewing ends on Day Three. (The guard will direct people to the public restrooms and provide a uniform presence.) Parking will be in the Littlefield Garage (FREE) for the people attending the viewing at the LBJ Library. Sid Richardson #3 will be open for the public to use restrooms. The LBJ Family will receive invited guests and friends on the 10" floor of the LBJ Library concurrently with the public viewing. USSS will provide security on the 10" floor. The ceremonial cortege will arrive at the LBJ Library at approximately 12:30 p.m. The arrival point is in between lots 38 & 39. The casket will be carried by military pall bearers across the plaza into the Library. (Officers should stay out of camera view when as the procession in progress.) The casket will be placed at the top of the Grand Stair Case in the Great Hall (4 Floor). Day Three: The ceremonial cortege will depart the LBJ Library at approximately 12:00 p.m. enroute to the Riverbend Church. we are located just south of the ntersection af 2777 and loop 360. at the intersection af Cedar St and 360 on the northwest corner, The funeral services will be from 2:00 p.m. to approximately 3:15 p.m. The ceremonial cortege will leave at approximately 4:00 p.m. enroute back to the LBJ Library. The location of the casket inside the Library is TBD. One uniformed UTPD officer will be stationed at the LBJ Library with USSS until the casket is taken to the LBJ Family Cemetery on Day Four.
