On April 17, 1974, an authorized complaint was pie filed by SA efore U. S. Magistrate OLGA JURCO, NDI, Chicago, Illinois, charging LEWIN with violation of Title 18, Section 2315, U. 8S. Code. At that time, U. 8, Magistrate JERECO, on the basis of information developed in this investigation, issued a search warrant for the prenises of the Universal Gem and Jewelry Company, Inc., Room 604, 5 North Wabash Avenue, Chicago, Illinois.
