LYNCH in connection with a Government's motion for the revocation of LEWIN's Federal probation. (Cn this occasion LEVIN was represented by his attorney EDWARD CALLAILAN. At that time Mr. CALLAHAN pointed out to the * court that he only had a very short opportunity to review the report of United States Probation Cfifice: CHARLES MAXTIN which has been prepared and was the basis for the Govermment's motion for revocation of srobation, it that time Judge LYNCH continued the hearing until 2:00 p.m. that afternoon.
