Grand Jury in September, 1963, and if his death resulted from
this fact, it would be a violation of the Obstruction of
Justice Statute.
2. After conferring with Assistant Attorney General
Burke Marshall, St. John Barrett requested that we ascertain —
details of the victim's arrest in November, 1963, and interview
the victim's former employer whom he visited on the evening of
his h. It is also requested we interview the victim's wife
to determine whether the victim's plans to move to ~
waukee were generally known. Mr. Barrett is sending a
confirming memorandum and does not desire any further investi-
gation at this time.
