Incident: 159 While acting as copilet om a O-li7 aircraft emroute fron Rglin waxiliary Pield #2 to Turner AP Base at approximately 1530 hour: 237 22 Sept 48, Lt Martin 0. Rubisoh observed an object approaching at an amgle of about 25°, ‘The 0-li7 at the time was ing Turner Field from the Southwest at an altitude of about 2,000 ft. The object appeared to be about {00 fect lower ami about 2,000 to 1500 feet away and traveling at am estimated speed of 250 MPE, Lt Rabiecn stated that the object apeurec about tis size of a radio controlled model airplane (5 to 10 ft).
