South Carolina, met M. H. Purvis, publisher of the “Florence Svening
Star". Mr. Purvis asked no direct questions regarding the Bureau; but
inguired about the welfare of several Bureau erecuttives. Purvis
volunteered to cover any leads in his city for the Savannah Office.
