At Latent Print Unit:
Attempt to develop latent prints on the submitted
envelope and letter. Any latent prints developed should be
compared to the four latent prints of value developed on
previously submitted evidence in the captioned case (FBI
Laboratory Report 10209002 dated 06/14/2001).
In addition, any latent prints developed on the
submitted evidence along with the previously developed latent
prints should be submitted to an automated fingerprint comparison
database.
