A check of FBI \ACS revealed Minneapolis closed] case 9A- MP-44584 referenced the @Sons of Isiamoke In the Minneapplis case, a threatening letter was Sent to after he acted as aa Lin a controversial case in which WFO requested that Minneapolis review the case and provide copies of 'the relevant investigative information and reports. Minneapolis sae ere pertinent Serials to WFO. These serials indicate that received a threatening letter on 12/26/1998. He also received two threatening phone calls. The letter was\postmarked in St. Paul, MN on 12/22/1995. The letter was signed WKing Fahd's.Militia Sons of Islam oslem League. u Both the letter and envelope were processed for latent fingerprints with negative results. The case was closed on 7/30/1996 after all investigation had been completed. ACS also revealed a reference to "Sons_of,.telam,in. America" in Miami casefile which was not accessible by WFO. It was requested that Miami review this serial and provide any information regarding the "Sons of Islam in America®" and a summary of the captioned Miami case. This lead is outstanding. Lead is set at the Questioned Document Unit to compare the letter sent to (9A-MP-44584, Lab#60307065 D Fi) to the letters from SA-WEF-221166: Lab #010307016 JS DY & Lab #010209002 JS. The mexgency,..March,.for Womens. Lives, sponsored by NOW will be held on 4/22/2001 in Washington DC. Writer, SA (USSS), SA Detective {Metro PD), and Detective (USPP) will be working on 4/22/2001 in order to respond to any incidents which may occur. SA of the United: States Capitol Police has advised that USCP will have two Civil Disturbance Units and two Special Agents form their Intelligence branch on duty for. the March. The purpose of the march is to host a "reproductive health fair," to remember women who have died from illegal abortions, and to support women's rights.
