difficulties that arose between Mayo and other prisonera in the Pawhueks”

Penitentiary agreed to the removal of Mayo from Pawhuska to Tulsa,which —

trial and then returned to Tulsa; that he was later brought from Tulsa
to Oklahoma City at the time of the Hale-Remsey trial here which resulted
in a conviction, after which Mayo was again returned te Tulga, aa it was He
expected that he would be needed in the trial of the State case vs..Byron | =
. Burkhart (now set for trial at Pawhuska on the 10th instant), and as Mayo} 4
would also again be needed by Federal authorities in the event of a news"uy <5
