The Tribal Attorney states in his memorandum thet he hes information which in his opinion indicates that a certain person has committed this crime and as the murdered person is an Ogare Indian and was murdered on restricted Osage Indian lands, _ ne states that the United States would have jurisdiction in this . matter.
