Toby LaForge, Tulaa, dkia., made statenent
with reference to interview had by him with
Subject Hale in regard to insurarice on Renry--
Roan and headrights of Osage Indians.
Statement incorporated in body of this report.
Ww. J. Emery (convict) Oklae State prison, Mc-
Alester, stated Subject Hale told him he had,
job he wanted done in Osage County, Okla, and
shortly thereafter told him he, Subject, had

Max Billingslea, Okesa, Okla., stated in addi-~
tion to what he testified to at previous trial
that Subject met him at Triangle Building,
Pawhuska, Okla., short time before Henry Roan
was killed and asked him if he, Billingslea,
thought Al Spencer (deceased) would kill a man
for money.
