Party Fectional _Dispute. During the evening, ROBESON |
comvented that he is not bothering to any gréat extent
with politics and is letting his son handle the
political end of the family. According to BENJAMIN
Jd, DAVIS, JR., and EUGENE DENNIS were sitt with the subject.
The "Daily Worker" issue of February 13, 1957,
pace 2, column 4, disclosed that on February 12, 1957,
BENJAMIN J. DAVIS, JR., EUGENE DENNIS and WILLIAM Z
POSTER, _were elected as members of the New National |

Convention of the CP, then being held in New York Gity
"the Worker" issue of April 21, 1957, page 4,
column 1, contained an article entitled "Communist .
Party Mourns STRONG." This article concerned the
death of EDWARD E, STRONG described by the article as
a Communist leader and noted that PAUL ROBESON sang at
STRONG'S funeral.
