by the united action of the African Netional Congress and
South African Indian Congress which leunched a national
civil disobedience campaign opening April 6 and called for
international support.

America have a special responsibility in answering this call,
for it is our own impertealistes and State Department who have
taken the lead in pushing U.S. jimerow and white supremecist
practices wherever they set foot."
