He was referred for interview and examination under date of April 20, 1927, by former Assistant Director Ta De Quinn. _— In June, 1937, tt was ascertained by former Inspector Hince, while tnterviewing applicants at Charlotte, North Carolina, that Ure Nizron had returned .to his home in Whittier, California. mo Mr. Nizon was interviewed at Whittier, Californta on July 17, eta 1937, by former Special Agent in Charge Je He Hansony who recommended - him favorably. He was graded 60 pnrwréitten eramination and 63 on oral eraminatione Mre Hanson felt Mr. Nizon was resourceful, appeared to have executive ability, was likely to develop, could successfully con- tact persons in all walks of life, would inspire confidence, had suf fictent force and aggre@siveness, and was possessed with good commor. ‘ordinary SENSE an " toa a ee a eg GRY a Mr. Hanson, by letter dated July 17, 1937, stated Mr. Nizon was : very desirous of taking the bar eramination tin Caltfornia, which would begin September 7, 1937, and that he would be through the examination by September 11, 1937.
