found to mention or directly concern Dr. Jessups Although
all of this material was pre¥iously forwarded to the Bureau
in connection with the investigation entitled "Owen Latt
bom _ Espionage ~ HR," one photastatic copy of the Kohlberg lette.

Dr. Jessup were forwarded with this report to the Bureau.
: Among these documents is a letterhead of the Institut
of Social Research, 429 West 117 Street, New York, New York
whith indicates that the Advisory Committee included Philip
Jessup and Robert S. Lynd.
