A report of the Latent Fingerprint Section of.
the FBI Identification Division dated November 18, 1969,
shows that two latent fingerprints of value were located
on the letter received by the NAACP at Chattanooga but no
latent fingerprints of value were found on the envelope.
The latent fingerprints are not identical with finger-
prints in the Extortion Section of the Single Fingerprint
File, Identification Division, FBI.
JAMES R. MAPP, President of Chattanooga Chapter,
NAACP, on November 14, 1969 and November 20, 1969, advised
he had received no additional communications concerning
ROY WILKINS that are of a threatening nature and no in-
formation has come to his attention that would assist in
identifying the person responsible.
