Vilzxins revtewed the history of the Negro, relating how the
Neoro has always seen disregarded as a personality hoth
phystcclly and politically. He stated the cay of persecution
for the Negro was terminating. He ertolied the efforts of
the NAACP on hehalf of the Nesro and criticized political
figures of the State of South Carolina for their dogmas on
white sumrenacy. He stressed the fact that the Negro in
