The 6-26-44 tssue of the "Tampa Bulletin,” Negro
weekly newspaper at Tanpa, Fla., carried an article listing
the main purposes of the NAACP. It was tndicated that the
list, which set out NAACP policy regarding polttical
activities, was taken fron a letter received fron Secretary
Roy Wilkins of the New York headguarters of the NAACP.
