The man said hé was a Gulf War vet, raised in Louisiana, and had a birth name of ‘Williams.’ ; ~ Subject same as current suspect, John Allen Muhammad, was -believed to be heading back to the state of Washington. - The car-was described as “brownish green” in color, in good shape, but not sure as to how old the vehicle was. - 09/05/02: Armed Robbery/Shooting at the Margellina-Restaurant in Clinton. MD. Time of occurrence was 10:22 p.m., as the victim (Mer proceeded to his motor vehicle-with thé night’s business cash/receipts, along with a business laptop. Victim found kneeling next to his car with gunshot wounds, later found to be fired from a .22 Ca. firearm. One witness saw a black male come from beside the building, approach the manager’s car and open fire: The suspect then opened the rear driver’s door of the victim’s auto, and fled with the briefcase. Suspect: Described as a black male-Guessed to be app. 17 YOA-App. 6°0”- 160 Lbs.-Wearing a black wool cap-Black Jacket-Grey Sweatpants-Holding a black sack/bag.
