“Significant Info. On Subjects Malvo/Muhammad”
- 09/26/02: (Baton Rouge, Louisiana)- Subject leaving a grocery store was shot
in the face/lips. Two or three shots were fired at the victim, who managed to also
fire a weapon back at the assailant(s). A dark colored Oldsmobile or Chevrolet
, (4-Door) was seen fleeing the area. Two young black males with short afro
hair styles were seen in this vehicle. (NOTE: Records indicate that
Muhammad, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, was sent to Baton Rouge to
live following his mother’s death. He had joined the Army National Guard
of Louisiana in 1978, following his high school graduation from Scotlandville
High School. He married in 1981, got a job as a welder and lived on Avenue
‘M’ in Baton Rouge, which appears to be a trailer park area. The 09/23/02
area where the Asian woman was Killed is also in the Scotlandyille area
. Where Muhammad was very familiar with).
- 1° Week of October 2002: Source. states he met Muhammad while
jogging in Clinton, MD, Muhammad furnished a cell number of
Cho the source. Muhammad spoke of needing money.

- ~ 10/04/02: Caller says she saw Muhammad at the Laurel Shopping
between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m. She states that this was first reported on
10/05/02. Muhammad sat in a blue Caprice with “yellow plates.’ The
area Was near Sateway 4 ina remote lot.
~ 10/12/02: Source worked at Next Day Blinds in the Aspen Hill
Shopping Center in Md. After seeing the news reports, she said
Muhammad came in with a younger black male with an accent, It
was late afternoon. Both men were seen to also use the restroom in
the Cactus, Grill next door.
~10/14/02: At app. 4: 00 p.m., source left the Milestone Shopping Center
(Rt. 355/Rt.27) in Germantown, Md. She viewed an older Chevrolet
car With N.J. plates with the first letter “N” and third letter “A”. In traffic,
the source looked over to seé two black males, who appeared homeless.
Both wore dark clothes and their hair was dirty. The car continued straight
on Rt. 355 south.
- i (Eagle Check Cashing), 6501 Suitland Rd.,
in Suitland, MD., reports Mubammad came in to receive Western Union
wire transfer. Muhammad filled out form, displaying Washington state
driver’s license from Tacoma, Wa. The name “Muhammad” varied from
the Western Union system name of John Allen Williams, and he was
refused the money. The clerk was frightened of Muhammad and asked the
source to assist. Muhammad was asked to produce a Jobn A. Muhammad
LD. and he could not do so. Muhammad took the receipt and left in the
company ¢ of a younger male, believed to be Malvo.
