Both wore dark clothes and their hair was dirty. The car continued straight on Rt. 355 south. - i (Eagle Check Cashing), 6501 Suitland Rd., in Suitland, MD., reports Mubammad came in to receive Western Union wire transfer. Muhammad filled out form, displaying Washington state driver’s license from Tacoma, Wa. The name “Muhammad” varied from the Western Union system name of John Allen Williams, and he was refused the money. The clerk was frightened of Muhammad and asked the source to assist. Muhammad was asked to produce a Jobn A. Muhammad LD. and he could not do so. Muhammad took the receipt and left in the company ¢ of a younger male, believed to be Malvo.
