3) [hime of Incident): Witness saw a white male, clean
shaven, wearing a flannel jacket w/item under it, running out of
woods near the Tasker School. Individual allegedly jumped into the
passenger side of a Lincoln Continental (MD:
Jj | (10/8/02): Subject seen at the Target store near Tasker Middle
School, He appeared to be watching foot traffic for several minutes
and returned to a vehicle to watch longer. apf | Honda or
Nissan?). Note: Interesting subject, relative to descriptor of him
being a white male, with shoulder length hair in a ponytail style!
(*Re: “Ponytail”- There have been repeated “ponytail” hits within
the analyses processes. Can an unknown subject(s) possibly be a co-
conspirator(s)2*) , ,
~ VICTIM #9: (Dean Meyers-10/9/02 at 8:10-p.m.-
Sunoco gas station in Manassas, VA.):
1) [la 2:25 A.M): Via the 911 line, the D.C. Police Dept.
received a call from a witness who said she saw a white van exit the °
scene, with the last three digits of the plate being 769°. Sweeps of
this number series being run in both Rapid Start and the Registry of
Motor Vehicles.
2). [] (Time of Incident): Detective (P.W. County) interviewed
subject who was in her room at the time of the shooting. She is
familiar with gunshots aiid knew what the sound was.. Witness:
believes the shot was fired in the area of McDonalds on Ballsford
Road.
- JL _Wiime of Incident): Det{___|{P. W. County) interviewed
subject from Ohio staying in room #189 of the Best Western. He was
retrieving a suitcase from his car when the police arrived. He viewed a
tanned or Hispanic male, wearing a dark t-shirt, run from the area of
the Sunoco station. He was seen to get into a white/tan late 80’s van,
that sported a 6’ dark stripe on the side. It. appeared there was a
Chevrolet front visor on the windshield. The passenger door was open
for him. The van drove out of the Ballsford side of the station and fled
away at a high rate of speed toward I-66. The person driving the van
could not be seen.
