his home at app. 7:50 p.m., to go to brother’s in Chantilly. He needed
air for a tire and first went to Sunoco but they had no pump. He then
went to the Exxon station, and saw two white males:
(#1: 6°1”(DRIVER)-Med. Build-Shoulder length dirty blonde
hair-Blue jeans-White t-shirt-Muddy Boots.)
(#2:6°3” to 6°4”-Med. Build-Long black hair to his waist-Blue
Bandana-Sunglasses-Blue Jeans-Grey Shirt-Black Jacket w/Emblem
on the Sleeve-Unshaven). (*Rapid Start ICF indicates no other leads set
for this. Sent back to the C.P. with requests for follow-up/identification of
subjects/Cox Cable queries and employment sweeps if not done to date*)

"he knows about the shooting. On 10/11/02, the subject was bo
interviewedbyATFL od sal The witness states bé
as he stood at the pay phones in front of Petco (Stream Walk Lane), he bic
héard a gunshot. He then saw what he thought was a 94’ or 95’ white b7D
Dodge van pull out of a Petco company parking lot. The van was nose
first at a grass strip next to Promenade Lane. The van went left on
Promenade, then backed up, driving around the back of Petco along
‘Sudley Rd., back onto Promenade and taking a left onto Stream Walk
Lane. The van then took a right on Sudley and U-turned toward I-66.
He lost sight of the vehicle after that. The DRIVER of the van:
(W/M-Dark hair-35 to 40 YOA). The PASSENGER is described
as: (W/M-Thin-23 to 24 YOA). The witness did not see a plate but
said he could identify the van and driver. Note: The witness is from
El Salvador and requires a Spanish interpreter should another
decision to re-interview arises.
