$10,000 Reward Pascal Charlot The Metropolitan Police Department's Violent Crimes Branch is seeking assistance from.the public to help solve the homicide of Charlot Pascal. At approximately 9:15 last night, Thursday, October 3, 2002, 72-year-old Pascal Charlot was walking in the 7700 block of Georgia Avenue, NW. While standing on the corner of Georgia Avenue and Kalmia Road, NW, he was shot in the chest. Mr. Charlot was taken to the Washington Hospital Center's MedStar Unit and pronounced dead at 9:56 pm. The case is under investigation by members of the department's Violent Crimes Branch. Anyone with information about this case is asked to call. police at (202) 727-9099. The department currently offers a $10,000 reward to anyone who provides. information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for any homicide committed in the District of Columbia.
