In attached memorandunr, informant
advised Denver Office she learned through
her son that [| year-old high
school student, had made statement he was
going to simulate assassination of Senator
Ted Kennedy during latter part of Septemb*
when Kennedy visits Cheyenne, Wyoming, Pe
utilizing wooden gun fitted with telescopic
sight and using dummy bullets. Informant
advises| _|has familiarized himself with
activities of Lee Harvey Oswald and did not
agree with Kennedy's political philosophy.
Secret Service at. Denver, Colorado,
and Headquarters advised.
It is recommended that Mr. Wick's
Office advise Office of Senator Ted Kennedy
since informant fearful subject may attempt
actual assassination.
