Plaintiff has sued Sharp Electronics and hundreds of other defendants, including federal judges of the Eastern District of Missouri, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Chief Justice of the United States, the Associate Justices of the Supreme Court and their law clerks, the Attorney General of the United States, the head of the FBI, and numerous others, This is thé fourth similar suit filed by plaintiff within the past two months. Plaintiff's complaint is clearly frivolous and fails to establish a cause of action or this Court’s jurisdiction over the defendants. Accordingly, this cause of action is DISMISSED with prejudice for want of subject matter jurisdiction. The Clerk of the Court is DIRECTED to close this case and refund plaintiff's filing fee.
