- This matter was predicated in the Cleveland Division
upon receipt of a letter from the U.S. Postal Inspector, Cleve~
land, on January 6, 1971; which enclosed three envelopes.
4 Two of these envelopes bore the FBI, Cleveland address and
- contained on the outside of the envelopes, various slogans
and obscenities. A third envelope did not bear the address
of the FBI Office, however, contained thereon, .additional
slogans such as MALL power to the Peopic" and “Death to ‘the
Pigs".
