Judgment affirmed. . The 0. S. Supreme Court, per curiam vacated judgment of Court of Appeals, and remanded case for consideration in light of Watkins v. oo U. 5. Barenblatt v. U, S, (1957) 354 U.S. 930 SB rr Prosecution for contempt of Congress for defendant's refusal to - answer certain questions during his testimony before subcommittee of ~ Committee of Un-American Activities of House of Representatives. The District Court entered judgment of conviction, and defendant appealed. The Court of Appeals held, inter alia, that indictment charging defendant with unlawfully refusing to answer enumerated questions concerning his past membership in activities in the Communist Party was not fatally defective even though it did not plead a deliberate and intentional or ksowing refusal to answer, and affirmed judgment. The U. S. Supreme Court, per curiam, vacated judgment of Court of Appeals, and remanded case for consideration in light of Watkins v. U, S.
