The U0. S. Supreme Court, per curiam: The judgment of the Court of Appeals is vacated and the case is remanded for consideration in light of Watkins v. DB, S, 354 U.S. 178. Raley et al, v. Qhio (1957) 354 U.S, 929. Witnesses before Ohio Un-American Activities Commission were found guilty of contempt for refusal to answer questions. The Ohio Supreme Court held that where statutory immunity granted witness before the Ohio Un~American Activities Commission afforded witness as much protection against self-incrimination as that to which witness was entitled by the constitutional nrovisian Sa See a Fr =y gainst self-incrimination . 4 wit- ness had a clear duty to give her testimony free of a refusal to answer _ based on rule of privilege arising from constitutional provision.
