This was based on the fact that many of the Agents contacted by CRD are no more than witnesses tf this investigation. In view Of the above, Legal Counsel Division will na longer notify Agents who retain private counsel that they are being released from their employment agreement unless we determine that they have been designated a subject of the investigation, or unless they specifically request to be released.
