It is possible that the New York official whose initial appears in the block stamp on each of these memoranda may have been the approving authority; however, this is merely speculative and is not known to bea fact. EH has been determined with a relatively high degree of certainty that the initials appearing inthe | block stamp on those memoranda relating to ones on vA A 3/23/72 and 4/4/72 are those of former Suen) _=_—_—— EOD 7/7/47, retir ed 6/20/72. i There ig no initial in the block stamp of the memorandum pees the entry on 6/5/72, but the initial at the top right.is that of former QUMMMB vow retired.
