Attorney General, Theran Le Caudie, to the attention of re
Meeeo Hubbard, conearning an incident in Cclumbia, Tennessee,
on ¥Yovember 18, 1946, The letter indicated that Mershall wae
orreated on the charge of operating cn outomobtle whtle tn-

Justice of the Peace, J. J. Poaque, of Columbte. Yerehell
