He advised thot when the object first apreared, it appesred to be at an angle te the horizon of Nfty (50) deprees, and as he was proceeding morth {4 arpeared on the northeast horison on the crest ef a Aili, He also advised that during the period the object wos in his vision he moticad no sign of activity within 4% and discorned mo odor from ite © : STECART adviped that during the tine of the above observation of the aircraft thare was only one other automobile in the famediate wicinity., He deacribed this to be a 1915 Pontiac convertible, yellow, . with 1962 Maryland License plates, the first three (3) digits of which were six-cero~zrero (600). He related that the ear was apparently oce @upied by « man and @ woman and thet the man had diamourted his aute~ mobile and was Jocking at the airoraft, but that upon being hailed by STVART, bad returned to his automobiles and driven off rapidly, Tt was Mr. STETART!s opinion that he did ao won geeing the aforesentioned Yo STRSART informed the writer that he wos net addicted to or a casual inculger ef any form of aleobolic beverages . and? was not under guch influence at the tame of the sighting, He further advieed thet he wore glasses only for purposes of reading and thet the anly obetruction to Bis observation ef the above desoribed airecralt was the windshield of his avtomobile when first eighteds however, when be everged from the automobile he was able to observe the aircraft withedt BTEMART contended that the above incident had a@ gingular effect o—s upon his sutamobile in that 44 killed the moter and apparently macre= tised ite wiring.
