October 3, 1963, by en SA of the FBI, reflects a Bill
of Complaint for Injunction and Declaratory Judgement,
was filed ty the NXC on October 2, 1968, under docket
numter 68C1820, which complaint lists the defendants
as THOMAS A. FORAN, United States Attorney, NDI, and
RAMSEY CLARK, United States Attorney Generel. Plaintiffs
named ere NMC individually, as well as DAaVI) DELLINGER,
Chairman of NMC, RENNIE DAVIS, Project Director of the
NMC, THOMAS HAYDEN, Project Co-Director of the NNC, and /
JERRY RUBIN and ABBIE HOFFMAN, toth organizers and A

the 1968 Anti-Riot Act violated the freedom of speech,
press, assenbly, association, thought, belief, and
