He stated that he was on assignment of "Newsweek" Magazine in Washington, D.C, at the time that he took the photograph of ABBIE HOFFMAN. He said that there are other photographs of ABBIE HOFFMAN that he had taken in addition to the one that appeared in "Newsweek" Magazine.
