He does not consider his relationship to be personal. WEBB advised he considers the applicant to possess and have one of the highest reputations for integrity, godd character, and common sense. The applicant exhibits without question, a reputation for being fair, experienced and free fron all bias. Mr. WEBB indicated to the best of his knowledge knows the applicant to be of sound physical and mental health. He also stated that he has demonstrated commitment to equal justice under law.
