He was assigned as an. operator for the Beaver County EsU during the event and was assigned near the spectators entrance near the b6 -6 parking lot. The Beaver EsU was responsible for Sectors 3, 5, and 7. b7C -6 along with his team, attended an operations order briefing conducted by Bulter County EsU at 0900. that day. This operations briefing discussed Bulter County's operations order. A team leader from Bulter County. ESU, Bravo Team lead the briefing. Other entities that attended the briefing were Bulter County, Washington. County and PSP. 3:55 Jadvised that Beaver EsU had between 7-9 personnel supporting the event.
