belonged to a federal agent and they were attempting to do facial recognition of the subject.

advised that Beaver EsU sniper
was another individual with information on the subject..
He was deployed to the AGR facility and pushed out text messages that contained photos of the subject at
approximately 5:45pm and identified him as a suspicious individual..
Jalso reported this via a radio
transmission.
Jrecalled that Beaver EsU command relayed this information to the command post.

Jadvised that patrol
put out over the net that they were sending personnel to the AGR facility to locate the subject.

Jadvised that the AGR facility was not covered in detail during the O9o0 operations order briefing. He
was aware that Beaver ESU snipers and a Butler ESU sniper were staged at the AGR facility.

was told via a Butler EsU radio communication to evacuate the roof because a bomb dog had hit on
something in the same building he was on. He could not recall the time. At that point,

rest of the Beaver EsU team and provided perimeter security at the AGR facility.
