Details: On 10/27/2o04, the Sarasota Police Department arrested
the above-captioned subject for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly
Weapon based on the following information:.
On 10/26/2004, at approximately 6:00 p.m.,
the northwest corner of the intersection of Fruitvilie Road and
N. Washington Boulevard. CONGREsSwOMAN HARRIs and several
eyewitnesses observed a silver Cadillac speed up as it entered
the intersection heading westbound on Fruitville Road. As the
car passed through the intersection, the driver swerved off the
road and drove up the sidewalk towards CONGRESSWOMAN HARRIS. The
driver drove his car straight at CONGRESSWOMAN HARRIS, but missed
her as he swerved at the last minute.
