Details: On 03/15/2004, District Director for Congresswoman Marilyn Musqrave, 4th Congressional District, U.S.. Congress, Loveland, Colorado,. the death or dismemberment of Congresswoman Musgrave and/or her. family. She expected two other satellite offices, only open on Tuesdays and Thursdays, to have the same flyers waiting in the mail. She stated the Capitol Police had been contacted and advised of the threatening communication. She said she would On 03/15/2004, the Agent notified Det. Sgt.. Loveland pD, of this matter. On 03/16/2004, Inspectors and United States Postal Inspection Service USPIS) were advised of this matter.
