at 5712 7th Avenue Kenosha, WI. In the threat the captioned.

advised when the interview was complete with the captioned
subject.
Through multiple contacts it has been determined that a
prosecution would be sought against the captioned subject.

contacted individuals were advised that

contacts with local law enforcement.
The Pleasant Prairie Police
Department described him as mental, belligerent and armed.
Additionally, they have had him chaptered for mental evaluation
and a 2 day stand-off. Additional contacts with the Waukegan
Illinois Police Department has the captioned subject listed as a
subject in previous threat calls and shots fired.
