call. The following preliminary investigation was conducted:

interviewed telephonically.
Istated that on Sunday,
October 9, 2005 at 1:37am, a voice mail was received on.
Congressman Pastor's office telephone line, 602-256-0551.

with the codes to access the
voice mail. SA
Jaccessed the Congressman's voice mail
system and recorded the message. The recording will be entered.
into the Phoenix FBi's Evidence Control Room. The message is
summarized as follows:
A male caller states that the message is for "pastor"..
The caller uses offensive language to explain how Congressman.
Pastor was disrespectful to the caller's ex-girlfriend and aunt.
The caller identifies himself as

threatens to "blast" the Congressman.
The caller goes on to
infer that he is a member of different Phoenix street gangs, as.
