SULLIVAN JPS:BD CHARACTER OF CASE FRITZ LANG, with alias DENATURALIZATION PROCEEDINGS-G SYNOPSIS OF FACTS: 17, 1943 to l-2l-44. Well regarded and considered loya1 and patriotic by landlady and fellow towmspeople. No derogatory information developed. Subject left Haynesville 1-2l-44 trav- eling constantly in course of employment with SHElL OIL CO. Temporary headquarters at Jonesboro, La. Scheduled to return to Haynesville during May. -P. REFERENCE: Report of Special Agent JOHN B. FRIsch, New Orleans, dated February 25, 1944. DETAILS: II. AT HAYNESVILLE,LOUISIANA CARL C. BRowN, Fostmaster, advised that subject no longer held Box 389 at Haynesville but that he had moved on January 2l, 1944, but~all mail. is being forwarded to Jonesboro, Louisiana, in care of the SHell Oll CoMF'aNy.. He stated that address Box 389 had only been a temporary address, that he under- stood that subject was due to return to Haynesville during the month of May.. BROWN indicated that subject had been in Haynesville for three or four months prior to January 2l, l944, and had stayed in the home of Mrs. WIlLIAM H. DE during the period that subject had been at Haynesville, BRown did not become good reputation and was well regarded by people in this locality.
