contacted and after being advised oi the nature of"'the inguiry and
the identity of the interviewing agents, provided the following
information:d
SINGLAuB stated that he served in the U.S. Army as the
General in Charge of vietnam Special Operations Group for
unconventional warfare from May of 1966 through August of 1968.
He
stated that this command was a Joint Task Force Command that was.
started up in the Vietnam War.
He stated it was very, very difficult for someone to be
assiqned to a Special Operations Group. He does not know

but a review of his military persgnnel records

provided by Special Agent (sA)
would indicate a
lack of training in the file for such admission. He stated that
based on his review he could see that
volunteered for
parachute duty and did not go through with that. He had also
olunteered to stay longer in country. He stated to his knowledge.
