Details: On April 24, 2007, at approximately 3:30 p.m.,. an employee of the Washoe County Republican's Office received a telephone call from an unknown man who was irate and b2 b6 seemed upset with U.S. Senator Harry Reid. The man said that he b7C was going to take his assault rifle and assassinate Harry Reid. Senator Harry Reid. He also said that somebody has to do something about Senator Reid and said "It'll have to be me." told the man that the Republican Party does not advocate violence of any kind and tried to calm the man. The man hung up. At approximately 4:35 pm, the same man called back and asked if she saw the commercial with Senator Reid on TV. said that she does not watch Tv and did not know which. commercial he was talking about. The man demanded the commercial be pulled from being broadcast on Tv. He asked what he can do to get the commercial taken off Tv and suggested he write a. letter. The man compared Senator Reid to Adolf Hitler and Pohl Pott. The man said "Maybe they'll put my manifesto on Tv like. the Virginia Tech guy." The man hung up the phone again.. advised that the Washoe County Republican's. Office, 505 s.
