The EMSS MO must: Consult with the EAU UC to review incidents involving complicated exposures Participate in after-action meetings with CIP participants. Provide training to CIP team members to ensure that they are current on clinical practices. for managing the impact of traumatic exposure. Provide medical recommendations based on degree-of-impact assessments and recovery goals for both individuals and groups. 2.4.3. Regional Program Managers EAP RPMs are responsible for all EAP activities within their regions, including CIP activations RPMs must: Ensure team readiness and select CIP TLs and team members based upon the nature of. the incident and in consultation with the EAU UC and the MO Ensure that CIP activations, reports, and training meet or exceed current standards of clinical practice Consult with the EAU UC on the selection of event TLs and team members. Direct, manage, and facilitate CIP team activations.. Provide supervision and support to EAP personnel involved in CIP activations. Monitor CIP operational quality standards. Provide daily activity updates to the EAU UC and the MO during CIP activations Participate in after-action meetings with CIP participants.
